I am someone who has worked in many different areas of high tech, from sales, support, training, development to the operation side.
Being the typical geek, I love new high tech toys, playing with them incessantly.
I’ll chronicle some of the things I played with and learned from, in the hope that by sharing, I’ll save some of you the pain 
that I experienced.
